[Guide] Download PW faster

Simple-PW player,

I decided to create this guide to help our users that have slow internet speed download Perfect World faster.

Please note there is more tools similar to this one, but for this guide we'll be using Gigaget as it works perfectly fine for me and always speeds my downloads.

Download Gigaget HERE and install it. Click Here



1. Create a directory for your download
2. Once Gigaget is opened, click on the "Add" button
3. Go to the site you were downloading then click on the "Download Now!" button. On next page, where it says "Click here to start your download." right click>Copy Link Location. Then type that link in the URL field from Gigaget.
4. Browse and select the directory you created on step 1 then click OK.

It should now download the client at a faster speed. It will start slow first for about 1 minute as it looks for resources but then it speeds it a lot.

This works quit good and i have use it before. Another way to download faster is to close and site which is streaming : Youtube, MMORPG games etc. The streaming will take up most of the speed and you may find it quite slow...
