Is it 100% legal to play?

Its legal as long as no one earns money @ it. So - yes, this sever is legal to play

Private servers, regardless of what game it is, do not have a license from the game developers. it's a copyright violation. it's not a violation playing on a private server, it only became a violation when you run one. it's the main reason why Swordsman-PW was closed.

I'm not, in anyway, against private servers, I actually play on one. I just don't want demonpatrol get the wrong idea.
afterall, playing on private servers is far better than those on official ones.
